Who knew she had this much artwork? Ella Emhoff, 26, decided to let the world see it. Stepdaughter to Vice President Kamala Harris and daughter to Doug Emhoff. She posted a photo. Tiny orange triangle top. Blue bottoms for the New York Knicks vibe. An orange Supreme cap hid her face from the sun but nothing hid her skin.
It’s everywhere. Both arms. The left hip. Her breastbone. Just ink and tan.
On her Instagram story May 25. She’s relaxing in LA with that “Let’s Go Knicks” mentality. Radical, honestly.
She usually leans edgy with fashion but rarely this exposed. Well. Until now.
Has she lost count of her pieces? Probably.
In January 2021, she told The New York Times she had “maybe around 18” by then. Many done by herself during lockdown quarantine. Self-soothing with a needle, presumably.
The designs are weird and wonderful. A rabbit. A cow. A flower pot. Eggs-and-bacon smiling at you. Donald Duck holding bouquets. An apple. Just random things.
“I don’t even have words to describe… go get your back done,”
That was her shout-out in September 2025 to tattoo artist Ruby Quilter for a full-back swan. Detailed. Beautiful. Lucky Emhoff thought.
Does it look cohesive? Who cares.
She’s showing up as herself. Unapologetic. Covered in history, literally. The sun hit her hard in that pic. The orange matched the vibe.
She doesn’t always wear bikini tops this small. This one is barely there.
People will notice. They always do.
